Jordan Participates in the 52nd Meeting of the UN Tourism Regional Commission for the Middle East

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, Yazan Al-Khudair, participated in the fifty-second meeting of the Regional Commission for the Middle East of the UN Tourism and took part in the conference on "Promoting Tourism through Artificial Intelligence," both of which are being hosted by the State of Kuwait from February 10th to 12th. The events saw the participation of tourism ministers, senior officials, and representatives from member states.

The meeting discussed the work priorities for the 2026–2027 period, which included the development of human resources, digital transformation, sustainability, enhancing competitiveness, diversifying tourism products, supporting rural tourism, enhancing the use of data and statistics, and stimulating innovation and investment in the tourism sector.
